Spent three nights at Ermine Suites in late February, and couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Kraków. Everything about the accommodation was outstandingly comfortable! Their location close to Krakow’s main square is extraordinarily convenient, and the suites are surrounded by many really good restaurants. The manager, Joanna, was the most hospitable host I have seen in a long time. Book your next stay at Ermine Suites. It will be your best decision when traveling to Kraków!

· Really, really nice place, we had the top floor of the building. Location was great, just of the mail square. Apartment had all the bells and whistles like big screen tv, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and two independent AC units (a separate one for the bedroom). The bedroom by the way had no windows and I loved that, it got really dark and silent at night. This place is great, will for sure stay here again if we return to Crakow!

Fantastic location and beautiful apartments. Clean and tidy and all of the necessary amenities available. The host was brilliant, and communication was first class. Taxis from the airport were arranged through them, and we were also able to leave our luggage in the office on the day of checkout with no added costs.

Just returned from staying 5 nights at Ermine suites. Joanna the manager has been amazing from the time I booked 2.5years ago, very helpful and considerate with flights being cancelled etc. The rooms are very clean and spacious and you have everything you need from washing machine to dishwasher! The view is lovely and very close to all amenities. . Had a wonderful time will definitely return and stay here again . So thankyou Joanna for everything 😁

Superbe aparthotel, le logement est très grand, moderne et spacieux, tout y est très propre. Extrêmement bien situé, a deux pas de la grande place, plusieurs commerces aux alentours.Une magnifique accueil de la part de Joanna, d'une grande gentillesse, qui est au petits soins et très à l'écoute, nous avons eu un petit souci de carte d'accès à la chambre qui a été réglé en un rien de temps.Je recommande chaudement cet hôtel, le rapport qualité prix est imbattable

Clean and modern apartments. Joanna, host, is very helpful and replied quickly to all pre arrival questions. We are 5 friends and the apartment was ideal for our needs. In a central location with Old Town. Easy access to building via passkey / code. Lift modern and working.
