The hotel staff are extrememly friendly and helpful, they were all very willing to recommend and book good restaurants, book a taxi from the airport for us etc.The location of the historic and interesting hotel is wonderful for stepping out into the historic centre of beautiful Krakow. Excellent breakfast, all in all highly recommended.

Great location , lovely staff , large spacious rooms with comfy bed and pillows . We can’t comment on breakfast as it wasn’t included but plenty of bakeries nearby . I’d imagine it would be lovely at Christmas !!! . Slightly noisy due to trams but we got used to that , don’t let you put you off !

Myself and my husband stayed here for 4 night hotel was spotless airy and welcoming we loved our room on the second floor big and spacious nice and clean and bed was so comfy we slept really well , was very close to all amineties, trams go right past hotel yes there is some noise but didn't disrupt our sleep even kept windows open as it was so warm reception was helpful especially the femails all in all lovely stay

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with my husband.The hotel is great, fabulous location next to Central Square, Wawel Castle is a 5 minute walk.Rooms are spotless, ours was a really good size.Staff are friendly and helpful.Had breakfast 1 morning and this was also good.We were in a room and the front of the hotel, the tram does run right outside, this didn't disturb us at all, probably too tired from all the walking!

this hotel is perfectly located for anyone wishing to stay in Krakow,the hotel is full of original character and very clean throughout.While the staff are generally quite young they are more than willing and helpful.The breakfast has all you could ask for either hot or cold with chef more than willing to cook you various dishes.The only negative comment is that due to inner city planning regs they are not allowed to light the outside of the entrance, making it difficult to find on arrival.

Just back from a long weekend at Santi hotel with jet 2 city breaks . The location of this hotel in the old town in Krakow is excellent and the reception staff polite , friendly and welcoming especially Michael. Room was huge and full of traditional features which were charming . I loved this place and would definitely go back to the Santi . Until next time

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Ideally situated to explore Krakow. The hotel arranged our transfers and a couple of trips with the minimum of fuss. Lots to see around the hotel and locations such as the Schindler factory are only a short walk away. If we came back to Krakow I would stay here again.
