Great rooms, super comfy beds. Some nice sustainability initiatives - you can choose a plant to take to your room and you get rewarded for not having your room cleaned with a piece of fruit or cereal bar. Great breakfasts and lovely staff. Great conference facilities and the food was brilliant.

A very nice hotel in a wonderful location! This hotel had nice rooms and a good restaurant. Best of all, it is within walking distance of Krakow's Old Town and shopping in a modern mall right next door.

As we've never been to Krakow before, we chose this hotel mainly because of it's location. It's literally next to the bus station, and 1 block from the Stare Miasto (old town). Also next to, literally, a shopping center.The location is really the best and the service is awesome: we arrived before and there wasn't any problem with the early check in. The bar below is good but not the best.Totally would come back.

A very modern hotel with a terrific location -- next to a terrific shopping mall and metro station, and easy walking to Stare Miasto. I cannot rave enough about how a gold necklace with a Miraculous Medal, forwarded to this location from Prague was kindly forwarded to me at my home. The guide we were with left instructions at the desk. It took almost 3 months, Not the hotel's fault as the envelope was postmarked December, but it was returned to me. Kudos for such wonderful service.

The rooms were very nice and bed was amazing! We had a room with a bath and it was very clean. The people of the reception were very helpful. Also the breakfast in the hotel was good! The 4 stars is worth it! An amazing hotel! Great service!! I will come there again!!

We have just returned from krakow and had a wonderful time. We stayed at andels and could not fault it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough. The hotel is within easy reach of all transport networks. A very comfortable and stylish hotel. Brilliant

This was our 2nd visit to Andel's Hotel. It has a perfect location (about a minute from the train station). Room quality is great - clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and staff were, in the main, helpful and friendly. Andel's is a modern hotel so if you want traditional Polish decor, then this isn't the place for you.

So the hotel looks nothing less than a five star equivalent despite the price being really really reasonable and the best part of it, it is near the best Polish restaurant in Krakow :) Ten minutes walk to the old town, a shopping mall right next to the hotel that has Carrefour and really helpful staff.Please look no further and book this hotel right now!

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was what the website said abiut it. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful to us. They arranged for their car to pick us up at the airport and drop us to the Hotel door which wa sideal as we had never been to Krakow before. This hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to most tourist attractions for the area.
